What motivates you to work on projects? How is your career developing?

This international study PROCEED (https://projectcareer.net) investigates motivation of project professionals and career development. We offer you the opportunity to compare your motivation with other project professionals and to learn about yourself and your project career. We plan to repeat the study in three years to help you benchmark your career success.

The questionnaire takes 25 minutes of your time, in return we offer an individual report with tailored insights into your motivation and professional career development. The report will compare your results with the anonymous results of other project professional. The report will help you identify opportunities for your own growth.

The study is conducted by an international research team. The survey data is used for research purposes only.
